The small double room felt cramped, with only one side of the bed accessible and no wardrobe space. Early morning repairs to the pool deck interrupted what should've been a peaceful final morning, which was disappointing. Walking back from Caracolles street in the dark was a bit sketchy, especially since it stretched over six blocks.

The standard double room was very nice and cozy, making for a perfect retreat after our day adventures. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed the delicious breakfast that fueled us for our explorations. Additionally, the staff were incredibly helpful, even providing us with free bikes to ride around and discover the area.

During a three-night stay, the accommodating staff provided attentive service around the clock, ensuring a pleasant experience. One highlight was the solid breakfast spread, with access to essentials even before official hours. The beds in the Familiar Loft were quite comfortable, which contributed to an overall restful visit. However, some noise from nearby tours disrupted the tranquility at times, and the kitchen could’ve been better stocked at peak breakfast hours.

Amazing facilities! The Triple Room had air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom with free toiletries. Loved the sauna and pool too! Breakfast at 4 am before desert tours was a lifesaver. The helpful host even printed our documents for Bolivia. High recommend for comfort and convenience!
